Please check the schedule page often for important changes, add-ons, etc. We will be adding workshops daily, as soon as we confirm availability of active-duty officers/instructors.

Also, be sure to check for email messages from the WPA staff. We will be contacting you regarding FATS and Driving Simulator schedules, details for ride-a-longs, jail tours, and more.

We have sent confirmations for all Golden Donut short story entries received as of today. Please contact Lee Lofland @ lofland32@msn.com if you have submitted an entry but have not received a confirmation.

FYI – The schedule and workshop times are extremely tight this year. This is the largest and most action-packed event we’ve ever presented. Please be on time for each and every workshop, bus departure, etc. And, please be aware of your surroundings. As people who’ve attended in the past will tell you…well, we’re full of surprises that expose you to what first responders experience as part of their daily routine.

Finally…be prepared for RAIN! That means bring an umbrella, rain jackets, and/or boots and scuba gear if that’s your thing. Because the WPA doesn’t stop for anything, just like officers on the streets. We DO NOT supply rain gear of any type. It is your responsibility to keep the raindrops off your own head!
